23-2-403 . Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) "Board" means the state parks and recreation board established in 2-15-3406 . (2) "Commission" means the fish and wildlife commission established in 2-15-3402 . (3) "Department" means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks provided for in 2-15-3401 .
