22-3-441 . Restrictions on reproduction or sale of heritage property and paleontological remains. (1) No person may reproduce or falsely identify any heritage property or paleontological remains with the intent to sell the property or remains as an original. (2) No person may sell any heritage property or paleontological remains with the knowledge that the property or remains have previously been collected or excavated in violation of this section, 22-3-432 , or 22-3-435 .
