22-3-116 . Montana historical society membership special revenue account -- use -- statutory appropriation. (1) There is a Montana historical society membership account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102 . (2) There must be paid into the account money received from the purchases of memberships to the Montana historical society. (3) Money in the account is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502 , to the Montana historical society and may not be used for any purposes other than the improvement, development, and operation of the society.
