20-9-401 . Applicable laws for school district bonding. (1) The school district bonding provisions of this title and all applicable laws of the state shall govern: (a) the issuance, refunding, and sale of school district bonds; (b) the levying of taxes for payment of the principal and interest on school district bonds; and (c) the redemption of bonds. (2) Should there be a conflict between the provisions of this title and the provisions of any other law of the state, the provisions of this title shall govern.
