20-7-421 . Arranging attendance in another district in lieu of a special education program -- tuition. (1) In accordance with a placement decision made by persons determining an individualized education program for a child with a disability, the trustees may arrange for the attendance of a child in need of special education and related services in another district within the state of Montana. (2) Financial obligations for tuition and transportation for a child with a disability attending a school district other than the child's resident school district are governed by Title 20, chapter 5, part 3.
