20-2-114 . Adoption of rules -- seal -- record of proceedings. The board of public education, the board of regents, and the state board of education each shall: (1) adopt rules consistent with the constitution or laws of the state of Montana necessary for its own government or the proper execution of the powers and duties conferred upon it by law; (2) adopt and use an official seal to authenticate its official acts; and (3) keep a record of its proceedings.
