20-2-112 . Quarterly meetings of boards -- called meetings -- notice of meetings. (1) The board of public education and the board of regents shall meet at least quarterly. (2) Other meetings of either board may be called by the governor, by the presiding officer, by the secretary, or by four appointed members. (3) The secretary to each board shall mail notice to each member at least 7 days in advance of all meetings of the respective board.
