19-3-411 . Eligible employees. Subject to 19-3-402 , 19-3-403 , 19-3-412 , and 19-3-413 , eligible employees under the system who are not covered by a separate retirement system under this title include the following: (1) any employee of the state of Montana, its university system or any of the colleges, schools, components, or units of the university system; and (2) any employee of a contracting employer eligible to participate under the contract between the board and the contracting employer under 19-3-201 .
