Construction companies domiciled outside state — requirements.

No construction corporation, partnership, company or contractor domiciled outside the state of Missouri may be awarded a contract by this state or any of its political subdivisions for a construction project until he has complied with all requirements of sections 351.572 to 351.604 , if the entity is a foreign corporation, sections 359.491 to 359.501 if the entity is a foreign limited partnership, or, in all other cases, sections 417.200 to 417.210 .
