1. The question shall be submitted in substantially the following form: Shall the municipality of ______ absorb the municipality of ______? 2. If a majority of the voters voting on the proposition in each of the municipalities involved vote for the absorption, such absorption shall be consummated as provided in sections 72.300 to 72.350 and not otherwise.
