Missouri Code § 71.367

Deviations authorized, when.

Deviations from the standards set forth in section 71.365 may be permitted where conformance to such standards is impractical or physically impossible and where the method, material and dimension used in lieu thereof does not create a hazard. Such deviations must first be submitted to the governing body of the municipality for approval or rejection.
