Missouri Code § 701.379

Appeal from chief safety inspector's decisions, procedure.

1. Any aggrieved person may appeal any decision of any state inspector to the chief safety inspector of the state. Any appeal of a decision of the chief safety inspector shall be taken as provided in chapter 536 .
2. Any person aggrieved by a decision of a municipal inspector may appeal such decision to the municipality in accordance with municipal ordinances.
