1. No more than fifteen percent of the annual revenues of the commission shall be used for administrative or staffing expenses. 2. No funds raised through the imposition of a three and three-fourths percent room tax provided for in section 67.619 may be used to promote, fund, or contribute to the support of any institution receiving funds from taxes levied upon real and personal property under the provisions of chapter 184 .
