Severability clause for S.B. 3, 2025 1st Ex. Sess.

If any provision of section A of this act * or the application thereof to anyone or to any circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of those sections and the application of such provisions to others or other circumstances shall not be affected thereby. It is the intent of the general assembly that the provisions of section A of this act * are severable, and that if any provision of section A of this act * or the application thereof to any person or to any circumstance is held invalid, that provision shall be severed from the act and all remaining provisions shall be valid.
