Sections 650.200 to 650.290 shall be known and may be cited as the "Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act", and, except as otherwise provided in sections 650.200 to 650.290 , shall apply to all fired and unfired steam boilers, hot water heating boilers, hot water supply boilers and pressure vessels.
