Missouri Code § 65.440

Copies of papers to be evidence in courts of record.

Copies of all papers, duly filed in the office of the township clerk, and certified to be true and correct, shall be evidence in all courts of record in this state, and in all courts of inferior jurisdiction within this state, in like effect and manner as if the original were produced.
