Missouri Code § 59.530

Force and effect of certified copy.

After such certified copy of such record, together with the certificate thereof, shall have been duly recorded as aforesaid, copies thereof, duly certified by the recorder of the proper county, with his seal of office thereto affixed, shall be received in evidence in the same manner and shall have the same force and effect as by law is or may be given to copies of the record of other deeds and instruments of writing affecting real estate which have been or may be hereafter duly recorded in the county in which such real estate is situated.
