Records clerk to report to auditor within ten days after any judgment (second class and certain first class counties).

Every clerk in charge of the records of each associate circuit judge of each county of the first class not having a charter form of government and of each county of the second class shall, within ten days after any judgment has been rendered in his court against any person for a fine or forfeiture, report to the auditor the name of the party against whom such judgment was rendered, the amount of the judgment, and on what account rendered.
