County treasurer to make monthly report to auditor (second class and certain first class counties).

The county treasurer of each county of the first class not having a charter form of government and of each county of the second class shall make a monthly report on the last secular day of each month to the county auditor and shall file a copy of same with the county clerk. The report shall show the receipts for the month, and from what source collected, the total disbursements and from what fund and the net balance. And the county auditor shall charge the treasurer with all such sums.
