Such treasurer shall keep a correct account of such fees in a book kept for that purpose, the account to correspond to that required to be kept by other officers in section 50.470 , and shall pay out the same to the proper owners as the same may be called for or demanded, and shall, in his regular settlements with the county commission make a full and complete exhibit of all his acts under the provisions of this chapter.
