1. There shall be four circuit judges in the nineteenth judicial circuit. 2. One circuit judge shall be first elected in 1982. The second circuit judge shall be first elected in 1984. The third circuit judge shall be first elected in 2002. The fourth circuit judge shall be elected in 2030, and every six years thereafter. 3. Effective January 1, 2021, in compliance with section 478.320 , there shall be two associate circuit judges in Cole County. The second associate circuit judge shall be first elected in 2020.
