Missouri Code § 476.406

Employees of twenty-second judicial circuit may work forty-hour week.

Any provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding, any employee of the twenty-second judicial circuit shall, at his option, be allowed to work a forty-hour week in order to obtain the full benefits of his appropriated salary.
