1. The clerk, as soon as letters of conservatorship of the estate of any disabled person are issued, upon the basis of a determination of disability other than minority, shall cause to be published in some newspaper a notice of the appointment of the conservator, in which shall be included a notice to creditors of the protectee to file their claims in the court or be forever barred. The notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in accordance with section 472.100 . Such notice shall be in substantially the following form: 2. The court, in its discretion, may waive publication of notice or defer it until a definite date or until further order of the court. 3. When a limited conservator has been appointed, the notice shall so specify.
