1. If a court or the division determines that an arrearage has been paid in full, or the obligor has complied with the subpoena or order of the director, the court or division shall terminate the order suspending the license and immediately send a copy of the order terminating the suspension of the license to the licensing authority and the obligor by certified mail. 2. Entry of an order terminating suspension of a license shall not prevent a court or the director from issuing a new order suspending the license of the same obligor in the event of another arrearage.
