Missouri Code § 43.507

Disclosure of criminal history information, who may receive.

All criminal history information, in the possession or control of the central repository, except criminal intelligence and investigative information, may be made available to qualified persons and organizations for research, evaluative and statistical purposes under written agreements reasonably designed to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information and the protection of the privacy interests of the individuals who are subjects of the criminal history.
