1. Any public warehouseman may, upon request of the owner of any grain, and with the consent of the warehouseman, store grain of the same grade in a bin to be kept apart from that of other owners, which bin shall thereupon be marked as a special bin. 2. If a warehouse receipt be issued for grain so kept separate, it shall state on the face of the receipt that it is a special bin, and shall state the number of each bin.
