Missouri Code § 41.960

Office of air search and rescue, authorized.

There is hereby created within the military division of the executive department, office of adjutant general, an "Office of Air Search and Rescue". The duly appointed commanding officer of the Civil Air Patrol, Missouri Wing, shall be ex officio head of the office.
