Sections 382.400 to 382.409 shall apply to licensed insurers either domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state having in effect laws substantially similar to the provisions of sections 382.400 to 382.409 . All provisions of this chapter, to the extent they are not superseded by sections 382.400 to 382.409 , shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to sections 382.400 to 382.409 .
