1. Sections 379.420 to 379.510 apply to casualty insurance, including fidelity, surety and guaranty bonds, and to all forms of motor vehicle insurance, on risks or operations in this state, except: (1) Reinsurance, other than joint reinsurance to the extent stated in section 379.460 and subsection 2 of section 379.430 ; (2) Insurance against workers' compensation liability; (3) Accident and health insurance; (4) Insurance against loss of or damage to aircraft, or against liability, other than employers' liability, arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of aircraft. 2. Commercial casualty insurance policies shall be exempt from the provisions of sections 379.420 to 379.510 to the extent permitted pursuant to subsection 6 of section 379.321 .
