Missouri Code § 354.265

Nonrenewable temporary license issued, when.

A nonrenewable temporary license may be issued for a period not to exceed ninety days in cases where an applicant has theretofore filed a completed application for a license, has secured an appointment by a corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 , has paid the applicable fees and where the director is satisfied as to the applicant's business reputation.
