Secretary shall give names and addresses of shareholders to officers holding executions against corporation.

The secretary or other officer having charge of the books of any corporation, on demand of any officer holding an execution against the same, shall furnish the officer with the names, places of residence, so far as to him known, and the amount of liability of every person liable as aforesaid.
