1. Applicants shall submit an application and the registration and examination fees at least sixty days prior to taking the examination. 2. The board shall establish by rule the score needed to pass all examinations. 3. The executive director shall notify each examinee within ninety days of the examination the results of the examination. If all the other requirements of registration have been met, the board shall issue certificates of registration to the persons who successfully completed the examination. The executive director shall record the certificates and hold the certificates until the applicant has met the requirements of section 340.310 .
