1. Sections 34.350 to 34.359 shall be known and may be cited as the "Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act". 2. For the purposes of sections 34.350 to 34.359 , the following words mean: (1) "Public agency" , the state of Missouri, its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, and institutions, and all political subdivisions, including school districts; (2) "United States" , the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and all territories and possessions subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
