1. No person shall engage in the practice of embalming in this state unless he has a license as required by this chapter. 2. No person shall engage in the practice of funeral directing unless he has a license issued under this chapter nor shall any person use in connection with his name or business any of the words "undertaker", "mortician", "funeral home", "funeral parlor", "funeral chapel", "funeral consultant", "funeral director" or other title implying that he is in the business defined as funeral directing herein, unless he or the individual having control, supervision or management of his business is duly licensed to practice funeral directing in this state.
