1. Sections 303.400 and 303.403 shall become effective on July 1, 2002, and shall expire on June 30, 2007. 2. The enactment of section 303.025 , and the repeal and reenactment of sections 303.406 , 303.409 , 303.412 and 303.415 shall become effective July 1, 2002 and sections 303.406 , 303.409 and 303.412 shall expire on June 30, 2007.
