Missouri Code § 30.100

Duplicate certificates — one to governor.

If the general assembly shall not be in session when such settlement is made, the persons appointed by the governor to make such settlement shall make out duplicate certificates of such settlement, showing what is required to be shown in the provisions of section 30.090 , one of which shall be delivered to the person entitled thereto, and the other to the governor, to be laid before the general assembly at its next session.
