Any person, partnership or corporation, or the agent of any such person, partnership or corporation, who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 293.270 to 293.300 , shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than five hundred dollars and not less than one hundred dollars.
