The associate circuit judge shall be entitled to the following fees and no more: (1) For recording notice of taker-up, twenty-five cents; (2) Recording certificate of appraisers, twenty-five cents; (3) For each certificate of docket entries to county clerk, thirty-five cents; (4) For issuing summons to appraisers, when such summons is necessary, twenty-five cents.
