As used in sections 253.150 to 253.170 the following terms shall have, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following meanings: (1) "Motor vehicle" , any self-propelled vehicle not operated exclusively upon tracks, except farm tractors; (2) "Park thoroughfares" , any state park road, intended for use by the general public and designated as such by the department of natural resources.
