The portion of State Highway F from CRD Long Road continuing north to State Highway V in Montgomery County shall be designated the "LCPL Keo Joe Keshner Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
