The portion of State Highway 37 from County Road 1062 continuing to County Road 1060 in Barry County shall be designated as the "MSgt. Carl Cosper Jr Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
