The portion of U.S. State Highway 60 from CRD Mockingbird Road continuing east to State Highway PP in Webster County shall be designated as the "Army SGT Timothy J Sutton Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
