1. On delivery of the offender to the reception and diagnostic center, he shall be examined by a licensed physician. 2. The offender's committed name, race, height, apparent and alleged age, place of nativity, trade, complexion, and color of his hair and eyes shall be accurately recorded, together with such other natural or accidental marks or peculiarities of feature or appearance as may serve to identify the offender.
