All correctional employees shall: (1) Grant to members of the state parole board or its properly accredited representatives access at all reasonable times to any offender; (2) Furnish to the board the reports that the board requires concerning the conduct and character of any offender in their custody; and (3) Furnish any other facts deemed pertinent by the board in the determination of whether an offender shall be paroled.
