As used in sections 210.170 to 210.173 and section 143.1000 , the following terms shall mean: (1) "Board" , the children's trust fund board created in section 210.170 ; (2) "Prevention program" , any community-based educational or service program designed to prevent or alleviate child abuse or neglect.
