Missouri Code § 21.020

Joint meeting of senate and house, where held.

If by the laws or constitution of this state, a joint meeting of the senate and house of representatives is required, they shall assemble, with their clerks, on the day and at the hour agreed on for that purpose, in the hall of the house of representatives.
