1. The board may suspend, deny or revoke a certificate if an interpreter: (1) Impersonates another person holding interpreter certification; (2) Allows another person to use the interpreter's certificate; (3) Uses fraud, deception or misrepresentation in the certification process; (4) Harasses, abuses or threatens a member of the board, evaluation team or a support staff person who is administering the system; (5) Intentionally divulges confidential information relating to the certification process, including content, topic, vocabulary, skills or any other testing material; (6) Fails to achieve a minimum satisfactory certification level. 2. The board shall provide that any hearing concerning the denial, suspension or revocation of a certificate shall follow administrative procedures for hearings as provided in chapter 621 .
