1. The department of elementary and secondary education shall offer, upon request, to all schools the "Postponing Sexual Involvement Program". 2. The department of social services shall establish one additional location for the program known as "QUEST". The department of social services shall offer to schools, upon request, the "Rites of Passage Program".
