The following words shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context: (1) "Corporation" means a domestic not-for-profit corporation organized under the provisions of chapter 355 ; (2) "Department" means the Missouri department of transportation; (3) "Director" means the director of the Missouri department of transportation.
