No person shall advertise by sign, placard, or otherwise, the price at which eggs are offered for sale without marking the full, correct, and unabbreviated designation of size and quality of such eggs on such advertisement, in conjunction with the price. Such designations of size and quality shall be in boldface type or other conspicuous letters, and at least one-half the size of the letters or figures used to designate the price of such eggs.
